WHAT IS A SHARED/JOINER PARTY?

A shared or joiner party is large event that will allow your whole group to have fun and socialize with other people in a well-organized event. A shared party is actually good for companies regardless of their size – big or small. By joining a shared party, the whole group can benefit from the ambience, entertainment, and catering of a large event without spending so much

WHAT IS AN EXCLUSIVE PARTY?

As opposed to a shared/joiner party, an exclusive party will be booked exclusively for your company. You can allow us to create a bespoke party for you or you can choose your own organized party package.
Provide us with the details and we can help you create the ultimate Christmas party for your company. We offer various destinations, venues, entertainment, themes, and additional services to make that possible.

WHAT IS A THEMED PARTY?

Themed parties are getting quite popular as they can add that extra sparkle to any party. There are a lot of pre-made themes available, but we can also work with you in creating your very own theme. If you wish, you can even add the company logo to your theme.
If you are planning to have a themed party, we will be the ones installing all the decorations and props to the venue. Special lighting and certain colors can help enhance the look and feel of any theme. Feel free to take a look at the pre-made themes available on our site.

IS THERE A MINIMUM/MAXIMUM NUMBER FOR A SHARED/JOINER PARTY?

There is usually a minimum and the maximum will depend on the size of the venue for the event. Most shared/joiner parties will require a minimum of 8 to 10 people as this is the number of people that can be seated in one table. We will provide you with that information when you decide on a particular shared party.

DO I NEED TO KNOW THE EXACT GROUP SIZE WHEN I BOOK?

Initially, you do not really need the exact group size. However, once you pay the final balance, the group size should be final.

HOW MUCH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?

The initial deposit required will depend on the venue and estimated group size. The average is 20 euros per head and usually is non-refundable. Of course, adjustments will be made when the group size is finalized.

WHEN IS THE FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED? HOW DO WE PAY?

Please check with your venue as terms and conditions differ with each venue.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

The dress code will depend on the venue and party. Usually, smart casual will suffice, but you should check the party details to be sure

DO WE HAVE TO SHARE TABLES WITH OTHER PEOPLE?

This will only apply for shared parties and this can happen. We will definitely do our best to seat you together with your colleagues. However, if your group size does not cover a specific number of tables, other groups can be combined with your group.

I WANT TO BOOK A CHRISTMAS PARTY. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

Choose the package you wish to book and under each package you will see the contact details for each venue supplying the package you are looking to book. You can choose to pay direct with each venue or if you wish to avail of our online payment system we can set this up for you for 2 euro per person fee.

I AM A SUPPLIER AND WANT TO WORK WITH YOUR COMPANY. HOW DO I DO THAT?
